01. Brief & Running Order
We start with what you're planning, who's attending and what needs to be captured or streamed.
Send us your running order, speakers, timings and required deliverables so we can build the production around what's actually happening on the day.
02. Venue & Tech Check
Before the event, we'll work through the practical requirements with you and the venue.
That can include camera positions, audio sources, power, access, setup times and internet connectivity where live streaming is required.
03. Setup, Test & Cover
Our team arrives with enough time to set up and test the agreed equipment before coverage begins.
Once the event starts, we focus on capturing or streaming the moments identified during planning while working around the venue, speakers and audience.
04. Edit & Deliver
If post-production is part of your package, we'll turn the footage into the agreed recordings, highlights or shorter edits.
You'll receive two rounds of editing feedback on the agreed edited videos.
Once approved, we'll deliver the finished content in the formats outlined in your quote.

The quote will clearly outline the crew, cameras, audio, streaming setup and other requirements included.
Recording + Live Streaming
Want to reach a live audience and keep professional footage from the event?
We can combine event recording and live streaming into one production, with the exact camera coverage, stream setup and post-event deliverables agreed before the day.
Where post-production editing is booked, the agreed edits include two rounds of editing feedback.
What's included — and what costs extra?
No two events have exactly the same production requirements.
We'll scope your event before quoting and clearly outline the crew, equipment, coverage time, streaming requirements and agreed deliverables that are included.
Additional Cameras & Operators
Extra cameras can provide more coverage and flexibility, but they may also require additional equipment or camera operators.
We'll recommend the setup based on your event rather than assuming every production needs the same number of cameras.
Longer Event Coverage
Your quote will include an agreed coverage period.
If the event runs longer than planned or you'd like us there for additional sessions, setup periods or activities, additional coverage may affect the cost.
Additional Edits
Where editing is booked, two rounds of editing feedback are included on the agreed videos.
Additional versions, edits or revisions outside the original scope may cost extra. We'll confirm this with you before completing additional work.
Streaming Platforms & Connectivity
Live-streaming requirements can vary depending on the platform, venue and available internet connection.
Any additional platform requirements, specialist connectivity or other technical needs will be identified during planning and included in the quote where required.

Travel within these areas is included in our pricing.
